Soul Sweat Teacher Training
Soul Sweat Asana practice is a dynamic vinyasa flow which maximally challenges the body and mind while maintaining a sense of ease, joy, fun and freedom in the body. The emphasis is on efficiency, freedom and ease of movement. Our goal is to help students learn to love living in their bodies. All levels welcome. 75 minute class.

Bikram Beginners

A series of 26 poses. This class is appropriate for all level students as it is designed to give a great work out whether it is your first class or you have been practicing for years. Please bring a towel, water, and dress very lightly (shorts). 90 minute class. "Be prepared to sweat and lose your pudge" Mary Jarvis.

A vigorous vinyasa (continuous flow) yoga class based on the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. All levels are welcome. 75 minute Class.
Meditation
Meditation (30 minutes)- Silent meditation open to everyone. An opportunity to silence your mind and allow yourself to tap into your true potential, your true self. There is no charge for this class.
Gentle Flow Yoga
Deepak Chopra's Spiritual Laws / Gentle Flow Yoga (75 minutes class)- is a consciousness-based Hatha Yoga program infused with Dr. Deepak Chopra's book, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success. A balanced approach that can be taken more deeply or gently, depending on the needs of the individual. Easy gentle yoga for EVERY body. This class has some chanting. What to bring: Mat, Towel, Comfortable Clothes,Water.
Get Your Butt On The Ball
Get Your Butt On The Ball
Join Wendy for this highly effective 1 hour class. It will challenge, strengthen and enliven your entire body. We will be using balls and other sculpting tools, to build core strength, stabilization, stamina, endurance and muscle intelligence. Hot Yoga

A 90 minute class based on sequences of postures practiced in a heated room designed to stretch and strengthen all areas of the body as well as calm the mind.

The goal is to bring a deep relaxation response and open the door to a transformational spiritual experience. A consistent practice will create a physical, mental, and spiritual harmony that the student will bring to all areas of their life.
