Garden State Pkwy. North to Exit 135.

Stay in the right lane as you exit; continue to bear to the right and proceed to the first light (also the end of the road) make a right onto Westfield Ave.

Take Westfield Avenue to the next light. Make a left onto Raritan Rd. Proceed on Raritan Rd.

Go to the second light on Raritan (not including the flashing light) and make a right onto Lake Ave. Proceed on Lake Ave.

Lake Avenue will turn into Martine Ave. and will then turn into Park Ave. in Scotch Plains.

Make a left at the next light on to East. 2nd St. in downtown Scotch Plains.

The Yoga Center is on the left, 1744 East. 2nd St. in a strip center set back slightly from the street.
