Mchelle Weintraub fell in love with yoga in 1998 when she discovered Anusara; which in a nutshell is yoga from the inside out. In 2012, Michelle found Tara Madore; certified Anusara teacher, chiropractor and owner of Inner Light Yoga Center, with who and where she completed her 200-hour teacher training — but the training never really ends. In Michelle’s classes you can expect to breathe into, move with and listen to your body (and some great music!).Michelle thanks all of the yogis she has met on this amazing path. The teachers and students alike because at the end of the day, we are all teaching and learning together. When Michelle isn’t on the mat, she is mom to Drew & Jack, who she learns from every single day. In her spare time, Michelle manages her own business, forevergreen soaps, where she has been creating handmade soaps, candles & body products for 18 years.
“Yoga is a breathing practice; that’s all it is. The asanas (poses) are forms the physical body takes allowing it to “open up” giving the breath more room to move, expand and grow. Yoga is for everyone — if you can breath, you can “do” yoga”. These are the words Michelle repeats in every single yoga class she teaches.

Deidre Trama: I took my first yoga class in 2007 because I wanted to work on balance. I was so inspired by Kim Kiame that i wanted to become a teacher too. I love that when I’m practicing, my mind, body and spirit feel united and my worries seem to slip away. Yoga is the physical exercise I’ve been searching for my whole life.
In 2010 I completed my teacher training at the Yoga and Healing Center with Wendy Gross-Pinto and became a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. My practice and teaching style is a strong vinyasa flow class that often brings focus back to gratitude. And i love a challenging class! To me, yoga is more than what you can do on your mat, it’s a way of life. Yoga has deepened my relationships and has helped me to live more in the moment by being aware of my senses. Still, far from perfect my journey continues.
